Built in 1925 and decommissioned in 2008, Greenwater was Austin’s first water treatment plant. Trammell Crow is developing this 29-story, 500,000 square foot office tower, which boasts Austin’s largest-ever continuous concrete foundation pour. The construction process placed more than 10,680 cubic yards of concrete in just over 24 hours.
