Maintaining A Culture of Safety
Training
Each employee undergoes training through the well-renowned Smith System Driver Training Course
by a Smith System Certified Instructor, and is required to keep the certification up-to-date.
Communication
The Lauren Concrete Safety Culture includes on-going safety training programs, monthly safety meetings,
an employee safety award program and monthly safety newsletters.
Beyond Compliance
Every year we invite Texas OSHCON representatives to review our safety policies, operations, programs,
and facilities to ensure we are going above-and-beyond in compliance with OSHA standards.
